Terms of use
Pushya is run by [legal name to be added], a sole proprietorship trading as Pushya, [address to be added]. By using the Pushya app or this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
What Pushya is, and what it is not
Pushya gives timing from the Hindu panchang and from your birth chart, for reflection. It is astrology. It is not investment advice, research or a recommendation to trade. It never names a stock, index, fund or commodity, and never tells you to buy, sell or hold anything. Pushya is not registered with SEBI as an investment adviser or research analyst, and nothing in the app or in a chat should be taken as such. Every trading decision is yours alone, and markets can lose money on any day, whatever the panchang says.
Who can use it
You must be 18 or older and able to make a binding contract under Indian law. One account per person. You are responsible for what happens on your account, so keep your phone and sign-in codes to yourself.
Free use and the plan
Today's panchang timing is free. The plan adds timing from your own chart and more. Prices are shown in the app before you pay and include GST. A plan paid by UPI or card covers one month or one year and does not renew by itself; the app shows when it ends, and you pay again only if you choose to. A plan bought through Google Play or the App Store renews through that store until you cancel it there. See Refunds and cancellation.
The wallet
The wallet is a prepaid balance for chats with astrologers and store orders inside Pushya. It cannot be withdrawn as cash, transferred to anyone, or used anywhere else. Promotional credit, such as a first top-up bonus, is a discount, not money, and is spent before your own balance. Unused balance you paid for can be refunded to the original payment method as set out in our refund policy.
Chats with astrologers
Astrologers on Pushya are independent practitioners, not our employees, and what they say is their own reading. They agree to the same rule as the app: no named stocks, prices or buy or sell advice, and their messages are checked for it. A chat is charged per started minute at the rate shown before you start, counting only from the astrologer's first reply. If no reply comes within 90 seconds, the chat is cancelled at no charge. The first 5 minutes of your first chat are free. Please do not ask an astrologer for stock tips, share personal financial details, or abuse anyone; we may end chats and accounts that do.
The store
Store items are traditional devotional objects. We describe what they are and the tradition they come from. We do not promise, and you should not expect, any result from owning or wearing one. Orders ship within India; see Shipping and delivery.
What you may not do
- Use Pushya to give or seek investment tips, or to promote any security or scheme.
- Copy, scrape or resell the app's content, or try to get around its payments.
- Interfere with the service, probe it for weaknesses, or access other people's accounts.
- Post anything unlawful, abusive or misleading in chats, ratings or reviews.
Our content
The app, its text, its calculations and this website belong to Pushya. You may use them for your own personal use and share the cards the app makes for sharing.
Liability
We work hard to compute every time correctly, but the service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for trading or financial losses or for decisions you make using Pushya, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the three months before it. Nothing here limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 that cannot be limited.
Ending your use
You can stop using Pushya and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and will refund any unused paid wallet balance when we do, unless the balance came from fraud.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please raise any problem with us first (see Contact); if it is not resolved, the courts at [city for courts to be added] have jurisdiction, without taking away your right to approach a consumer commission.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change affects you, we will show it in the app before it applies.
