Delete your account

You can delete your Pushya account and data whenever you like.

In the app

Open You, then Settings and privacy, then Delete account and data, and confirm.

What happens

• Your birth details, chart and journal are erased straight away, and your phone number is removed from the account. You can sign up again with the same number later, as a new account.
• Any wallet balance you paid for and can still get back is refunded to the payment method you used.
• Your chat transcripts are kept for 30 days in case of a dispute, then erased.
• Payment, refund and order records stay for as long as Indian tax law requires, without your birth details or chats.
• A plan bought through Google Play or the App Store keeps renewing until you cancel it there, so cancel it in your Google or Apple account too.

If you cannot use either route, write to support@pushya.app from any address with your registered phone number. We confirm it is your number before deleting, and finish within 7 days.
