Shipping and delivery

Pushya is run by [legal name to be added], a sole proprietorship trading as Pushya, [address to be added].

• We ship within India only.
• Shipping is included in the price shown; there is no extra charge at checkout.
• Orders are dispatched within 3 working days and usually arrive within 5 to 10 working days of dispatch, depending on the PIN code.
• We send you a notification in the app when the order ships.
• Cash on delivery is not offered. Orders are paid by UPI, card or wallet balance.
• If a parcel is visibly damaged when it arrives, please photograph it and write to us; see Refunds and cancellation.
• If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or no one received it, we refund the item price once it is back with us.
